Dr. Syeda Kashifa Bokhari is fully trained General Practitioner with ten years of medical experience. She has done MBBS from Baqai medical University. She completed her post graduate training in Family Medicine from Fatima Memorial Hospital. She is Member of College of Physician and Surgeon Pakistan, and Member of Royal College of General Practitioner(MRCGP int.).

Scope of Service:

• Collecting history, examination and follow up of adult and pediatric patients.
• Follow up management of chronic illness, DM, HTN, hyperlipidemia, asthma.
• Patient referral.
• Providing health education and lifestyle modification.
• Requesting lab test and radiology imaging if required.
